Welcome to North Park High School Physical Education. A program that its goal is to educate and help students on the activities and knowledge that they hope to learn and enjoy. Help them gain knowledge and confidence in the sports and activities they enjoy. Teach activities that will help them improve their cardiovascular endurance.
