Summer began on June 4th and will run until July 6th. Summer School is an opportunity for students to recover up to 12 credits and possibly more with online learning programs such as APEX.
Since its beginning, 3 years ago, Summer School has been a huge success and is a testament to the efforts and opportunities that the school provides to students. The summer program provides 2 classes to each student on a full-day schedule. This year the following courses are available to students: Child Development, Integrated Math I, World History, Forensic Science, and Sports Medicine.
This year we have approximately 180 enrolled at the start of Summer School. What a great way to spend your summer; earning credits towards graduation.
